Our Newcastle store is open, and we're excited to show you our huge selection of quality patio furniture, conservatory furniture and luxury home décor for 2026. Diane and Linda are on hand to help with any questions you may have. Our showroom is open Monday to Saturday and on Sunday by appointment only.
We are 400m from Asda Benton and the Rising Sun Country Park and less than 15 minutes drive from Newcastle city centre. The showroom can be found 5 miles north of the Tyne tunnel and is within walking distance of Palmerville Metro station. Our What3words location is ///shades.energetic.pouch.

How To Find Our Showroom in Newcastle
Our Newcastle showroom is situated in Benton, Newcastle on an industrial estate right next to Asda Benton. Use Post Code NE12 9SZ and follow the green signs. Our showroom has free parking right outside the front door.

Do you have on-site parking?
Yes, we have free on-site parking available. There is no limit on our car park so feel free to browse for as long as you like.

Can you assemble my garden furniture?
We can assemble garden furniture however this is not included in our free standard delivery. We offer free standard delivery for any purchases over £250, this is a one man delivery service and your furniture will be left in the boxes. Many of our sets don't require much assembly however we do offer two other delivery services. Our Premium Delivery is £80 and we will take away all packaging. Our White Glove Delivery service is £150 and we will assemble all of your furniture and take away any packaging. -
How many ranges do you have on display?
We currently have over 30 ranges on display in our showroom. This includes popular ranges like Bramblecrest Monterey, Maze Oxford and many more.

How accessible is the store?
Our showroom is all on one level and there are no stairs. To get into the store we do have a ramp and there is a raised door sill. We have a lot of furniture on display and we are happy to move things around to make access easier. -
Is your showroom dog friendly?
Yes, our showroom is dog friendly we would ask that you keep your dog on a lead whilst in our showroom. -

How many sets do you have on display?
In the Newcastle showroom we have over 40 different sets on display. Including popular ranges like Bramblecrest Tuscan and Bramblecrest Mauritius. We also have a great selection of conservatory furniture on display for you to browse.

Can you store our furniture if we are not ready for delivery?
Yes, we can store your garden furniture if you are not ready. We can hold your furniture in our warehouse as long as you have either paid a deposit or paid in full.
