Manufacturer Guarantees
All of our garden furniture comes with a manufacturer's warranty, ranging from 12 months up to 10 years. In the unlikely incident that you need to report a fault, please email the JB team at [email protected] and we will be back in touch as soon as possible. When reporting an issue please include images where possible and details of the issue. For specific information about a certain range or product please contact us.
The warranty begins at the date of purchase, your order confirmation email acts as your receipt.

Bramblecrest Guarantee
Bramblecrest guarantees can vary depending on the range and product type. The most important thing to remember is to register your guarantee on the Bramblecrest website within 28 days of delivery. Don't worry if you forget we will always try to help you with any issues. The majority of Bramblecrest products purchased after January 1st 2024 receive a 5 year guarantee. Products purchased before this date will have received either a 3 or 1 year guarantee. Ranges such as Portofino and Mauritius receive a 5 year guarantee and ranges like the Tetbury receive 3 years. Products such as parasols and covers receive a 1 year guarantee.
Mechanisms such as adjustable tables, recliner chairs and firepit parts receive a 1 year guarantee. If you're unsure what category your product falls in to or need some help feel free to contact us via chat, email or phone.
Maze Guarantee
Maze warranty varies depending on factors such as material and ranges. The manufacturer's guarantee varies from 1 year to 7 years. Flat weave and aluminium ranges receive a 1 year guarantee, pergolas receive two years and fabric furniture receives 7 years. The warranty covers any structural issues, it does not cover issues that arise due to misuse, negligence or incorrect assembly.
4 Seasons Outdoor Guarantee
4 Seasons Outdoor furniture is designed to stay outside all year and as standard they provide a 5 year guarantee. The Hularo weave receives a 10 year guarantee concerning colour fastness. The weatherproof cushions receive a guarantee of 3 years. The materials used have their own natural properties, these can be found on the hangtags. Pacific Lifestyle Guarantee
Pacific Lifestyle offers a 3 year guarantee on garden furniture and a 1 year guarantee on their parasols and Cosi products. The Pacific warranty is structural. Fair wear and tear is not covered by the terms of this guarantee.
Garden Furniture Covers
We offer three different kinds of furniture covers such as Bramblecrest covers, bespoke furniture covers and Aerocovers. Bramblecrest furniture covers receive a 1 year guarantee from the date of delivery or collection. Our bespoke furniture covers receive a 5 year guarantee, please keep your order confirmation email as your receipt. We also have a range of Aerocovers, they receive a 2 year guarantee.
Cane Conservatory Furniture
Desser Guarantee
Desser indoor cane furniture comes with a 1 year manufacturer's warranty. Desser are a family run company and they will always look to help customers who have had their furniture for longer than 12 months.
Cane Industries Guarantee
Cane Industries offer two guarantees on their indoor furniture. They offer a 1 year warranty on the upholstery and a 2 year warranty on the frames.
