Care & Maintenance:
Due to the garden furniture set being made of rattan, it is reccommended that you cover it up or transport it to storage during the winter months. However succeeding this, it is likely that the furniture will be dirty or dusty. This can easily be cleaned by obtaining a hose pipe and a sponge to thoroughly wash it. Moreover, a common feature of rattan is that, when the temperatures are warm it tends to expand therefore, if this does occur to your furniture there is nothing to be alarmed of. Luckily, once the temperatures decrease, the rattan should contract and return to it's original shape and size. This trait does prevent the weave of the rattan snapping throughout the colder months of the year. In regards to the cushions that accompany the furniture, to clean them it is suggested that you use a cloth and soapy water. This should provide you with the most effective results. However, it is essential that you avoid using a washing machine or tumble dryer because, they may ruin the quality of the cushions. Furthermore, the tempered glass on the top of the table will easily accumulate mildew and dirt. In order to get rid of this, you should obtain 2 cloths. The first cloth will be used with soapy water to remove any dust the table has collected. Then, you should ensure that the second cloth is damp and use it to polish the table for a streak-free finish.
